Weve beem meaning to stop in here and see what they are like for non Indian & Indian TAWs and we are so glad that we stopped in for lunch today. The hot food was delicious. I had mild butter chicken and hubby had a medium spiced lamb rogan josh. Don't let the size of the containers put you off we're big eaters and it was ample. We had a lunch deal which came with a nann bread each for $15 pp. If heading south there is limited curbside parking right out front but heading north usually has several spaces across the road. Very friendly staff. We sat outside at the old wooden tables. It appeared that the tables hadn't been wiped for some time though. Apart from rhat, a nice lunch had by all.

Really good indian food, we had mild lamb korma and medium chicken tikka masala. The hotness was spot on (mild was still a bit spicy but very nice). Great service with a smile. Will stop by again when we go through kerikeri.

These beautiful people were closing when my dad and uncle and I turn up, they reopened and make sure our tummies were full as. service was. 10/10 Will definitely go back again

Pretty tasty Dahl Makhani.Naan bread a bit soggy in tinfoil. More of a takeaway spot than restaurant. Options for drinks could be improved. Worth a try for sure. Could be more vegetarian choices.

Chicken was undercooked in the korma and my onion Bhaji was re-heated in the mircowave was soggy and mildy warm to the touch... The sause served with rhe soggy Bhagi was like watered down bbq sauce. However the samosas were good. Overall unsatisfied with my meal. Will not be going again. Disappointed with something that isnt hard to freshly fry and make was re-heated in the microwave... Aswell as having just opened i will not be recommending this to anyone i know...
