Very good breakfast with yuca, avocado, platano, eggs and espresso coffe, we highly reccomend it! The owner is very kind and very knowlegebel about coffe:) we took a tour with him on his coffe plantation where he showed us how to roast/grind coffe in a traditional way and explained about coffee types!:) Very nice experience!:)

My husband and I happened to come across this cafe while on our visit to Peru! We spoke with the owner James who told us all about the coffee beans he harvests. This is a very small cafe but we definitely felt very welcomes by James. You will know you're at Cafe Salkantay because the two beautiful Parrots that will catch your attention. We had two Cremoladas, made by James and his wife and they were delicious! If you happen to be in the Santa Teresa area on your way to Machu Picchu, stop by and support this local business!

Very good coffee, from the fields. Nice people
Best coffee shop in Santa Teresa, tasty coffee cremoladas, outstanding coffee liquor, and a nice family who's is running the place. We come back every day :)
