As a Brazilian I am offended that you offered traditional Brazilian food that tasted horrible.
The pão de queijo was as hard as s rock.
The picanha was very dry. I would not recommend this restaurant.

El restaurante El Saboroso está ubicado en el Hotel db en la Isla de Malta, la decoración del lugar es hermosa, muy colorida, el ambiente músical es agradable
La comida es muy variada, cremas que acompañan al surtido de carnes blancas, rojas, vegetales en varias presentaciones, tiene opción de degustar sopas y/o cremas, postres como tortas, mousse de varios sabores, jugos, cervezas, refrescos.
La atención del personal es única, muy amable, atentos siempre a tu pedido para lo que necesites, tan pronto llegas te ubican una mesa.
Felicito especialmente al personal.

Saboroso restaurant, located within DB San Antonio hotel, left us feeling disappointed. Despite claiming to serve Latino food, the atmosphere resembled a common hotel buffet rather than capturing the essence of Latino America or Latino Europe. Our experience began on a sour note with incorrect opening hours on Google My Business, and when we arrived, our attempts to get attention were ignored.
The food itself was underwhelming, as they attempted a rodízio-style service but failed to cut the meat properly, resulting in some parts being dry and burned. The overall food quality was lacking, with even the pão de queijo being dry and cold. Moreover, the limited food options were a letdown, as the restaurant seemed like a section of the hotel buffet designated for this type of cuisine. In comparison, the hotel buffet offered more variety.
To make matters worse, the dessert options appeared to be leftovers, most likely from the lunch service. Given our unsatisfactory experience, there seems to be no reason to consider returning to this restaurant in the future. If you're looking for an authentic Latino dining experience, Saboroso may not be the right choice.

Buffet restaurant. Choice is okay but quality is not very good. The waitress however was very rude. As non-hotel guests we had to wait for the hotel guests to be seated first, no problem but the way they said this could have been more polite. 2 other groups left because of this.
