An amazing restaurant! The service was fast and very friendly with every staff member that we encountered. The cocktails and food were very good. The lobster risotto is a must order! I've eaten here at the bar for two evenings in a row. The two bartenders are great. And the food came very close to the food in Italy. You can tell that real Italians are involved here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the best meal of our entire vacation at Roma. The eggplant, octopus and scallop appetizers were delicious. The meatballs were incredible. I had a dish that was fettuccine with bisque seafood sauce that had lots of seafood meat that was delicious. Desserts were amazing. Our server was Cosmo. He was such a geniune nice young man that truly cared about our dining experience. When I visit the area again, I will dine their every evening! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly the only place on the island that I found to have great service & great food. No wait for the waitress, food came out quick and tasted great! Waitress jada was awesome & attentive! I also noticed that everyone worked together to provide fast & great service. Highly recommend! I will be returning again before leaving st maarten! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
