Absolutely delicious food in a setting that feels modern and authentic. The staff was friendly, the location was great, the accessibility is fantastic, and the hidden arcade was really cool. If you are considering this place, give it a shot. We went with 8 people and we were all equally pleased. The steaks are outstanding and the sauces are next level. It may have been the pressure of Christmas, but the food wasn't that great. Some things (like the Kinder Bueno Sundae) were not as advertised, and others (like the burgers) were too cold. The server doing our drinks and getting our orders was friendly, but some of the servers that helped to dish out the food were a bit rude. Again, I understand it was busy due to it being Christmas, but this wasn't really okay. The atmosphere is nice though, very relaxed, plus the play area for the children was nice too. Amazing service. Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Something that seems rare these days. The atmosphere is what an American steakhouse is supposed to be. Although more booths would add more to the authencity. The food is fine. Not top notch, but it's definitely good enough. And a bonus: there's a children's playground in the basement. The atmosphere is good but the taste of the food is pretty mediocre. Most of the items taste like they come from a bucket which really doesn't match the prices they are asking for. The steaks are nothing to write home about and the accompanying sauce might as well have been made in the microwave. They also managed to make the Heinz mayo taste old - no idea how. we had nice hot drinks.we are not lucky to have nice lunch yet due to our situation but next time we will drop by again..like the place kids love it..playground is really best!!!! sure we will come everytime we pass by we will stop hehe! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
