Extremely Friendly. We had a problem in our apartment and we were very worried so I reached out to RHS by email. Vincent responded quickly and had an appointment setup were he made a thorough inspection and listened to our concerns. He gave us also a very detailed assessment, and addressed the concerns we had. Highly recommended.
