We are new to this area and ended up here by accident - we didn’t even know that it was a steak house. Nevertheless, the staff had been super friendly and still welcomed us even if it had already been 30min before closing time. We had salmon and it has been very tasty and delicious! For our first time in Slovenia, we honestly didn't know what to expect in terms of food. We were pleasantly surprised to find amazing bruschetta and even more surprised to find ribs that taste and feel exactly like what you would find in the US. Not to be outdone, the steak was delicious as well. According to our waitress, the chef never spent any time in the US, but the quality of this "typical" American cuisine says otherwise; perhaps he watched a lot of Food Network. The soup tasted like it came from a supermarket and had absolutely tasteless shrimp in it. I had the t bone steak which I ordered medium and got it rare. It was the toughest steak I've ever had and I had to cut it with a knife that wasn't the least bit sharp. The only thing that was good was the beer, which thankfully was not the creation of this restaurant. I paid 62 euros for all this and I would have made a better decision if I'd had the doner kebab. We had a good experience in Stara Pravda. Tried the shrimps and bruschetta. Shrimps are heavenly good. For main we both pick pasta, was good but will try meat next time as it’s look really good with others. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
