This was a great experience. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff as they offered the different cuts of meat. Their sensitivity to language barriers was on point. A very minor improvement would be for the restaurant to pad the legs of the chairs. The screeching sound of the shuffling of chairs interrupted the ambiance of the restaurant. Overall, great experience! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Brazilian style steak restaurant. Various cuts of meat get brought to the table until you flip the card you are given to red at which point they stop. Buffet style starters, sides and desserts. The service was great, funny, friendly staff that made our evening memorable, the drinks were well made and came quickly. The food was delicious and hard to resist having too much as it just keeps coming!
By far the best a la carte restaurant I dined in during my two visits to Bahia Principle. The restaurant is Brazilian grill style, with salad and dessert bar. The food quality was good and the service was great. Getting a reservation is not guaranteed, but I encourage everyone to try it! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This was a very good restaurant. I heard it was great and it lived up to the standards. If you want to have the most of the restaurant then don’t have any buffet food and wait for the meat.

This started off as a strange experience as we had a reservation for 6:00 which we accidentally show up for a half hour late only to find that they had a wedding of 60 people and we would have to wait a half hour. So we waited and then went back in at 7 to make sure we got seated. It was doubly strange as we were then one of two couples on the one side of the restaurant. They started us off with sweet potato chips with a mango dip. The chips were good but the dip was quite an interesting combination that I did not quite like. The specialty drink was a whiskey sour and was nice. For the appy I had the fondu with chorizo, onions, and tortilla which was quite good. Up next was the soup, clam chowder that they pour over a clam shell at your table, a beautiful presentation. For the entree I had the short ribs with veggie and mashed potatoes all of which was delicious. I ended with the cheese cake which had little flavor and was not the best texture, bit my dinner guest had the lemon pie which I tasted and was delicious. The restaurant is quite beautifully decorated as well. Give it a try, I think you will like it.

Our familyreally likes this restaurant. It's nice to be able to sample the various types of meat cooked on the open fire. The pineapple is one of my kids favorites. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
