We were so pleased with all the restaurants we’d tried in Mahahual, until coming to El Tio on our last night! Got the Queso Fundido and guacamole as was recommended in other reviews… excellent! We both had Alambres (fajitas to us), which came with a bowl of pinto beans and corn tortillas. Everything was so flavorful. We wish we found this restaurant early in the week! Yo asistí apenas estaban abriendo y el ambiente es bastante familiar, aunque supongo que de noche debe tener lo suyo, la comida es muy rica, hablando del ceviche. Es fresco y bien servido. Está climatizado, cuenta con mesa de billar, un futbolito que es abierto para clientes. Llegamos a la inauguración y la comida estuvo deliciosa, recomiendo los tacos y el queso fundido, son muy buenos. (Luego nos enteramos que por las mañanas y tardes venden pollo estilo kfc y mariscos). Había un grupo musical en vivo amenizando, pantallas de TV, aire acondicionado, las bebidas y cocteles muy bien servidas. Excelente ambiente. Me gustó mucho y lo recomiendo a todos los que visiten Mahahual!
