The food and service are excellent. Came for happy hour 2 for 1 drinks. I got the sangria which was really good. And ended up having dinner and dessert haha! Good prices! I got the pesto pasta with shrimp which was superb. And the special affogato espressso & baileys ice cream dessert which was wow. Highly recommend this place. Pier 19 Restaurant at Diver's Paradise is one of my favorite places to eat in Bocas Town. The waiters are always pleasant and the setting, which is right on the sea, is amazing! The food is excellent quality and very tasty. An added bonus is that there is almost always a nice breeze. I ordered the Goat Cheese Salad, this amazing and flavorful dish was mouthwatering and so delicious! It has the perfect balance between rich goat cheese, crunchy walnuts, lettuce, tomato, and a lovely dressing. The staff is so friendly, my waiter was named Sam, he did an amazing job making me feel relaxed and comfortable, he has such a kind presence and never pushed or rushed me. Best restaurant in town. Food is a good price and good portions. Staff is friendly. This is a place for a romantic dinner or take your family. Free tea and coffee (self serve). If you come between 12-6pm you can eat from the divers menu $8! At night, they light up the water so you can see the fish. Went for lunch with a friend on Saturday. It was 11:30, and unfortunately we missed the breakfast menu. We were the only ones there & the bartender was our server until the food came. She wasn’t the friendliest. I wouldn’t say flat out rude but she seemed put off. The food: I ordered gazpacho and an order of shrimp tacos. The soup was flavorful & had a beautiful color. The shrimp tacos were very small but stacked & had a pantacones-like shell. They were tasty & filling but I had to eat them with a knife and fork, not what I typically expect to do with a taco. My friend got the falafels. They were little balls resting in a sauce. They were ok but not what she was expecting. We also had a Bloody Mary & a mojito. The drinks were good. Overall it was a nice ambiance with a pretty view but the food & service wouldn’t bring me back in a hurry.

Beautiful setting and very good service - we were staying in the hotel so had breakfast, lunch and drinks a few times. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating e.g. moving a table down onto the quay so we had a better view without being asked. Food is good. Definitely worth a visit when in Bocas.

My wife and I had a great time at Restaurant Pier 19 on Isla Colon, enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour. The chill atmosphere, along with amazing sea and seabed views, made our dining experience magically romantic. Every dish delighted our taste buds, and the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel at home. For a sensory treat—capturing sight, taste, and relaxation—Pier 19 is an absolute gem.
