Some of the pictures for this restaurant are very inaccurate. They either relocated or the person who uploaded them, uploaded the wrong pictures. The restaurant is in a very tight neighborhood (definitely no sand or open space as indicated on the pictures). However, the seafood was excellent and like some of the other reviews said, the portions are huge. My wife and I could have easily shared one dish. The restaurant is definitely a mom and pop operation and service was provided by the two daughters of the establishment. They were super sweet and did a great job. We can highly recommend the food and service. We would definitely go back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This is the best place for fresh great tasting ceviche in El Cuyo! Other seafood dishes are always made with the freshest fish. It's lovely decorated and is run by a wonderful family. Highly recommend for best seafood. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–100
The atmosphere is very authentic, stuff don’t speak any english but they are extremely helpful and kind. Be aware when ordering ceviche because it is extremely huge, for 4 persons maybe. They offer some snacks before the food complimentary and their chili sauce is amazing.
The most authentic place we found in El Cuyo! We tried different restaurants during our stay but El Camarón definitely had the best ceviche. Highly recommended

Great food and service. Huge delicious portions. For what you get it's very cheap. A 200 peso dish would easily be 500-600 In Playa del Carmen. Also, free tequila and we got a free ceviche. very passionate owner. Family run. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Excelente atención. Clean and tastefully prepared dishes. Even camarones de cortesía. The little girl (daughter of the owner I suppose) ensured service is impeccable. My wife enjoyed everything served and the way it is served.
Best restaurant in el cuyo with best Chef cooker… that women knows how to cook… we had amazing food each time we went there Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $400–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We only had the huge ceviche de pulpo y camarón, muy rico! Only locals when we were there which is usually a good sign! Meal type Lunch Price per person $500–600
Recommend to come for a morning coffee with coconut ice cream! The food is very blend though and wouldn't probably come back... Tasty camarones al diablo but served with three slices of melted cheese on top - quite good but not what I expected. The fajitas were a bit of disappointment really...
The best ceviche I have tried in a while, it was so fresh. Not the best view but it was a great service. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
