The Salt and Pepper Ribs are to be avoided, however, as they are not cooked properly and are covered in batter. The Canton Duck is highly recommended, as it is full of flavour and the meat is cooked perfectly. The Singapore style chow mein is also a great option, and the fried chicken and pork may look unappetising but it actually has no discernible taste and is full of meat.
