Raglan roast is what you expect if you know the brand. Its a delightful little place with relaxed seating on couches and some tables, and 2010s music was on full blast. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The coffee was very nice, and the carrot cake was amaaaaazing. I will be back. Great coffee for the best prices and very friendly staff - all you could ask for! My wife and I paid $4.00 each for a large cappuccino. The coffee was made in front of us and took less than 2 minutes and it was delicious! We went back again after a lovely walk at the beach, but paid 50c more for a takeaway cup. Stumbled upon this delightful coffee shop while passing through Nelson. Seems like a favorite among the locals and I can understand why, the coffee was shockingly good and it took them no time at all. They served Raglan roast beans and now we fully intend to buy a bundle of Raglan roast to bring home as Christmas presents. Hopefully we can we can brew a similarly delicious cup! First visit in several years but the vibes remain good. A hit with the punters for a reason - good location, good coffee, good price. They stocked the filter papers I was looking for, thus safeguarding my caffeine addiction.
