The Queenstown ice bar was a welcoming and fun experience which we were delighted to have. The drinks were great and staff were friendly. The drinks drinks were excellent with a variety of cocktails and mocktails for children and non-drinkers. The sculptures and environment was very pretty to look at. The temperature when we visited was -10° Celsius. They give you a nice jacket and gloves, although after handling drinks in ice cups, our hands were very cold. Would definitely recommend.
Had the best time with my mate!!! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Ryan :) can’t say enough great things about our experience! He was super sweet & attentive. I highly recommend going! Got great photos too.
Totally go here 🥳
Great experience, good drinks, and the staff are fantastic.
The sculptures are great and even better when the lights are on them, with some great music adding to the atmosphere.
Good for adults and kids, but know you’ll probably prepay for one drink, and then won’t stop at just that.
Enjoy!
Good fun, cool, very cold experience.
Beautiful ice sculptures and ice furniture inside covered in sheep skins.
Even the cocktail glasses are made of ice!
They provide warm coats, gloves, hats but not quite big enough to fit my husband!
We had essentially a VIP experience! Our bartender Jodie was an awesome captain and was full of jokes, knowledge, friendly vibes and fun! Couldn't recommend the place highly enough!
Amazing experience in 10 below icebar. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff were amazing, friendly & so helpful. Cocktails were the best, especially at any time of the day.
One of the best experiences you’ll find in Queenstown are the ice bars. This one along Brecon street may not be as popular as minus 5 or below zero, but to be honest they’re all the same, it’s just the location that’s different.
In my opinion Queenstown ice bar offered excellent service, better packages and away from tourists which means no bookings required, just walk in because you know it’s not going to be packed. For the best deal I’d highly recommend the premium package that includes entry fee + 2 cocktails (mocktail option available also).
What do you need to wear? Warm clothing! They’ll provide you a long puffer jacket and gloves as you need to hold an ice cup to drink your cocktail or mocktails.
The cocktail lounge & bar is hand carved and the ice sculptures change every few months. The room is designed to accommodate upto 10 people at one time in order to get the optimal experience at the bar. Not everyone will stay long because some people can’t stand the cold, while people who love to drink could stay there up to an hour.
The bartenders were friendly & interacted with their guests.
We were lucky enough to pop in when it was happy hour so didn’t have to pay an entrance fee! We were welcomed by Brandon on arrival, given a bit of info about what to expect then were given gloves and thick padded coats to wear over our own clothes. We were taken down into the bar, which was well below zero, so the gloves were a ‘must’.
The cocktails were good and reasonably priced & were served in glasses made of ice which you got to smash in a bin after use. There were some lovely sculptures, good music and plenty of fur covered seating available. If you haven’t been to an ice bar before I would recommend it as a one off experience. We had 2 drinks then had to move on as my fingers were numb!!!
A wonderful night to spend in queenstown!
Nice price for two drinks and entry experience in minus 10 degrees place.
Every ice carving are marvelous. Really enjoying here rather than crowded city ice bar.
Another Great experience in beautiful Queenstown❤️
No wait for tickets, we got tickets on the spot.
Friendly staff, I don’t remember her name, she took our photos.
Moctail was 🤤
