Delicious food, especially the pizza with wonderful dough and very tasty options. Be aware, the portions are big, so bring Hunger or take one to share. Had a delightful dinner at this spot. The shrimp pasta was DELICIOUS, pizza was average, and the cocktails were quite tasty! They have a nice seating area with live music. The Burrata pizza was easily one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life. I'm a chef myself and I have traveled to 16 countries. I've had a lot of good meals in my life and I was absolutely blown away by that pie. Ask for a side of olive oil and chile to go along with it. Complementary brushetta was a nice touch. Best italian in Holbox with no doubt, parmigiana was very tasty, one of the best prawn linguine I have eaten in a restaurant in ages, pizza dough was crunchy and soft at the same time all combined with fresh and quality ingredients straight from Italy. What a little hidden gem or maybe not. What’s hidden anymore on Isla Holbox with TikTok, IG, Threads and Social Media. Regardless please visit this please. Owner is fresh off the boat via a plane from Italy……Napoli mind you. Yea. The real 🇮🇹 Italy. A legit a Italian on the å island of Isla Holbox. Place is super cute and quaint. Wonderfully appointed space with numerous fans to combat the notorious mosquitoes 🦟 on the island. We didn’t feel any but nonetheless maybe it was the fans. Owner personally took out orders and was hands on with 90% of the dinners. The Pesto Pistachio Rigatoni pasta is spot on especially with limited resources in the area. A must order. The fried pizza dough with marinara sauce. Yes yes yes. Order. Think like a doughnut married pizza dough and fought over the icing and Marinara won. It’s delightful. Pizza dough is immaculate…..we went with the lobster 🦞“langosta”as they call it here. I will say as pineapple 🍍 maybe lobster 🦞 doesn’t go in pizza 🍕 but claim to fame is locally they invented this trend. Quartieri really knocks it out the park with adding some basil and mint with zested lime table side. Yea. I said table side. Was it great. Yes. Would I pass on getting the lobster pizza again yes and ficus in their other specialty pizzas 💯% #lobsterdoesntbelimgonpizza 😉 cocktails were in point the passion fruit margarita was as spectacular. Wife is super picky and they nailed it with basic ingredients and not artificial syrups. Me cold cold Victoria. For sure stop by. Grab some True Italian on the island. So far the best food we’ve had on Holbox!! The lobster pizza was so memorable with the dipping sauce of tomatoes, olive oil and mint. We also enjoyed the pasta, cooked just right and full of good flavours. There was an Argentine singer whose voice was gorgeous too. I’d eat here every night if I could. The place is owned and run by Italians and the pizzaiolo is Italian too so you're sure to find authentic pizza. I'm from Italy as well and I have to say I really loved it! Service was very quick and the price is fair. I also really liked the contemporary and open design of the place Definitely recommend!! Food was decent but not the best, pasta sauce was basic but their pesto was great, pasta isn’t made in house… service was slow - they served tables that arrived after us first for some reason. The pizza dough was delicious and quality of ingredients in general was good. Overall is was a good dinner but we wouldn’t go back. Excellent and authentic Neapolitan pizza from real Neapolitan people - super friendly and passionate about their craft. Nice setting (chill/relaxing music in opposition to a lot of other very noisy places on the island). 11/10 we will come back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
