We had a fantastic time here tonight. The cocktails were delicious, the wine was fantastic, the vibe was brilliant: 20s to 40s jazz - full art deco gem. The food was absolutely brilliant. Small plate sharing menu that the chef made fully dairy free for my wife couldn't have asked for more. Would really recommend this for anyone visiting or living in Napier!
We had the brushetta, tiger prawns, beef tartar, and the braised beef cheek, all in dairy free varients and all absolutely delicious!

The newly opened bar boasts a stellar team, with friendly and helpful staff, including a manager who goes above and beyond. Although we didn't try the food, the cocktails were exceptional. The bartender even adjusted an ingredient to ensure my satisfaction—an impressive touch that speaks to their commitment to customer experience.

Stopped for lunch at the provincial, we were super impressed. The food was delicious, a good range of dishes. would highly recommend. We had great service too. Very reasonably priced.

An A-Student-Project which took the asignment of an art deco bar serious. Amazing cocktails, delicious food and very friendly service staff. We spent about 3h there and han several cocktails as well as dinner. All was excellent

Went there on the 3rd of January for a drink , was welcomed so nicely and the drinks we ordered had quite a bit of changes that he was so happy to do. The drinks were so affordable and so delicious. The boss just was so kind and very nice to talk to. Came to check on us and how the drinks were if they were what we wanted and everything. Best bar I have ever been to. I hope everyone goes here so they can experience it too!

Beautiful spot with a rare afternoon sunset view beside the stunning Memorial Square and gardens.
We were looked after with care and eloquence. We started off with hot and tasty squid. I had the pasta with fewer mushrooms than normal as my request was met without question.
My partner had the thai beef salad which was delicious and swimming in gorgeous sauce.
We left satisified with our mains and, as such, an entree was nice but the mains were plenty.
Give them a go. You will be cared for with open arms and positive attitudes.

Went for lunch today with my wife, beautiful food, thoughtfully done and fresh clean flavours throughout . Cocktails were delicious too. Pleasure to visit and we’ll be back
