I haven’t had water challah in years and, by request , Proof Home Bakery produced a fantastic dupe. I also requested frozen dough to take with me on a trip to bake off when I got there, and it turned out great! I almost took all the credit, but had to give it up since everyone knew there’s no way I can make anything that tastes as good as comes from Proof! Hannah is the best! She works hard to provide not only delicious allergy- friendly baked goods in addition to her regular items. We’ve had several delicious and safe gluten free items from her over the years (gf challah and sufganiyot). We definitely recommend her! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
