This was our final dinner before leaving Slovenia and returning back to our home. We were able to have a small conversation with the head chef who provided great service and demonstrated great kindness. The burgers were cooked perfectly. The brioche bun had a great texture to it. The freshly made lemonade drinks were super tasty. I wish we had found this place earlier in our trip to Slovenia because we would definitely return. I ate the Bastardo which had the perfect level of spice balanced with the slight sweetness of the brioche bun. They are the 18th best burger based on a list in Europe and I can agree with that. The environment is very charming, the servers are kind and attentive. The burgers are made from quality ingredients: brioche bun is on of the best I ever had, the cheddar is real, the patty is cooked nice pinky, and overall it tastes great. For me I like if the meat has a more intense beef taste, but it was still good. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Projekt, and I must say, it was an exceptional culinary experience! Without a doubt, it served the best burger I have ever had. The presentation of the burger was impeccable; it looked absolutely appetizing. As soon as I took my first bite, I was blown away by the incredible taste. The patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The combination of ingredients was a true delight to my taste buds. Not only was the burger outstanding, but the accompanying (sweet) potatoes were also a highlight. They were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, adding an extra layer of deliciousness to the meal. Pairing the burger with a refreshing local brew was an absolute treat. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a satisfying meal. Overall, I highly recommend Projekt to all burger enthusiasts out there. Visited this burger restaurant it’s today. The burger I’ve ordered was simply great. Very good beef (Slovenian, of course), tasty, juicy. Great home-made fries. Given the price of 11 EUR, one of the best burger experiences I’ve had here in Slovenia. Strongly recommend! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

There should be a saying: “When in Kranj; Projekt Burger”. There’s just nothing else like it. From the laid-back vibe, reminiscent of a beach bar, to the beautiful setting, Projekt Burger is everything you want in a casual meal with friends. Located on an island outside of Kranj, Projekt Burger combines ingredients to create complex burgers that explode with flavor and creativity. Partnering with the nearby bar, you’re able to get a drink to compliment your burger, and the atmosphere allows for recreation and relaxation. This is the perfect spot to hit up on a beautiful day, which is exactly what my friends and I decided to do. We pretended to be excited about spending the day in the sun, however we were most anxious to indulge in an oozy, juicy burger feast. The four of us each opted for double burgers, complete with two patties on each homemade bun, cooked to moist, meaty perfection. The Bastardo burger has the spicy kick of chili which is great for those who like a little heat with their meat, while the Mustardo is based around a mustard-flavored concept. The Lord burger is gigantic, loaded with condiments to your liking, and my favorite, the Double Cheez is dripping with warm, melty, gooey cheese. All of our burgers came with either onion rings or fries, both which were cooked golden brown and just the right serving size to accompany the burger. The team working at Projekt Burger couldn’t have been more friendly and approachable, and I appreciate the time and care put into craft the mix of complex flavors each burger has. For a relaxing day, head over to Kranj and make a stop at Projekt Burger. Enjoy the scenery and amazing burgers while you unwind with your friends. I recommend!
