First it is a pity to serve "house Merlot" that is not good at all (even not sure it was Merlot...). However the service is professional, the plates are well presented and tasty. Prices are correct.
I liked the cheese plate even not all cheeses are from Carpathian.
The wine bar is really interesting and a good panel of whiskies is also available.

Great choice of European wines, mainly, French, Italian and Spanish, no surprise. Very interesting food menu to accompany the wines. Relatively few by the glass on the menu, but waiters are flexible, so ask

After renovation, Praga transformed into an elegant café in art nouveau style and adjacent wine shop. The decoration has been designed with taste and captivating attention to detail. Chill out music, a variety of drinks and quick service complement visitor’s experience.

Pleasant, the staff was wonderful. Food tasty and the beer cold. No wine for me. Salad w/ribeye strips.

Great wine selection - you can choose a bottle from the wine shop. Very nice place for a dinner and/or meeting with friends.

In general, the place is really good. Food is tasty and wine is great. A little high prices but I guess it worth that. For us, we had to wait for a long time until they brought the food, even though there were only a few people in the whole restaurant. Fish steak wasn’t cooked good but they replace it with a better one :)

There is excellent selection of wines for very reasonable prices and multiple-choice menu. It’s a very nice place with good service, well located - in the center, but slightly away from the crowds of tourists. The beautiful interior, pleasant atmosphere and good wine will be the key to a great evening

The gold standard of friendly professional restaurant service in Ukraine. Great staff, food and drink! Beautiful decor asthaetic too.
