This restaurant is part of a franchise of char-broiled chicken. You can ask to get it juicy, medium or highly cooled (I like this last option because all of the charcoal really simmers in). The place inside has a lot of room for families to dine in and what I really love is that they have an area for children to play in. They take your order in quick and the prices are very good for an entire chicken. And they'll give you a number and they'll go to your car when they have your order ready. A 5 out of five stars experience for me. Update in 2024: I came here recently in January and it is still providing the same service. We are regular costumers here, we go here from the center of Rosarito passing an other Pollo Asil on our way. The chicken here is bigger. So far so good! However today we picked up our order of 16 pieces of chicken only to get home and half way true our dinner find out that the chicken is not fully cooked. After calling we were notified that we had to drive back with the chicken to proof that it was not fully cooked. To get either a refund or replacement chicken. We whent for the refound, since our hunger was gone by that time. The refound would only be for half of our money since we didn't bring back all the half eaten pieces. Before we found out that it wasn't cooked well.. I guess I have to pay for the piece that are now upsetting my stomach.

This place has the juiciest chicken. Good salsa and get the guacamole. It's like tableware. All side dishes are good and it's quick service. I always pickup...the drive thru is convenient.

The chicken was well done, we ordered in the drive thru and it took is less than 5 minutes to have it with us ready to go. Prices are accessible and the chicken comes with plenty tortillas, napkins, sides, salsa and utensils.

The chicken is so good! Dry or saucy. The tortilla chips and salsa very authentic and fresh! The pasta salad is just ok. The play centre is amazing at this location!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, Owner got Money hungry, Food got more expensive anddd now they give you less food, service is average is a hit or miss, we were coming 1 or 2 times a week, now we will visit once a month if that, this place its not our first choice anymore NO RECOMENDADO, Precios mas caros y menos comida,.. vengan solo como SU ULTIMA OPCION, busquen un mejor lugar donde valoren su dinero mejor.

Kids love the indoor playground at this location. they have good food at a reasonable price point. This is our favorite pollo asil location that we have dinner at.
