About
After a long walk around Tortugranja (Turtle Farm), come to this restaurant and have a rest here. The Mexican cuisine is on the menu at Playa Tiburón. It's worth coming to this place because of nicely cooked fried fish, gat and spaghetti. You will be offered good margaritas. Musicians perform live music in the evening. Unfortunately, the staff is disorganized as many visitors mention. A number of guests suppose that the service is fine. Prices at this spot are worth attention because they're fair. The atmosphere of this place is dull. The overall rating of this restaurant on Google is 4.

SCAMS ALERT. They will request you pay even to go to the bathroom! They work together with the only taxi company in the island and tours guide to scam people!!!! Avoid this place if you do not want to be scammed ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Totally worth it. You can take a picture with a shar (cat shark), if you bring your snorkel equipment, you can see a lot of fish under the wood bridge (the in in the photo). It does have a price to take a picture, for me, it was 100 mexican pesos per person. Do not arrive here before 11am or noon, it might not be tourists ready. There are water swings and water hammocks. The beach chairs did not have a cost for me (I believe this service is free). There's a fish tank service where they (fish) swim around your feet and vibrate (it feels like they are very gently biting you). Service: 4
This place was a good stop to eat all you can eat fresh grilled fish with bones and lots of other foods they offer. The hot sauce is HOT and they have drinks of all sorts that is not part of the all you can eat style. The rest areas to lay on next to the beach is nice. No coolers allowed. Restrooms are free here but be sure to tip! It’s also not AC so be prepared to sweat while you eat but it is very good food. There are things there that you can buy as gifts or for yourself. The beach is free and is tiny if you consider all the moss on the floor that you don’t want to step on. Other than that the beach is huge haha. I enjoyed this part of isla mujeres a lot! Be sure to take a picture with the cat shark they have enclosed. You just have to tip the guy in the water with the shark and he will let you pet the shark. I recommend this place if you visit Mexico over hotel zone if you want to just chill. Animal cruelty - please don't support this place, it has a full grown nurse shark trapped in a way too small cage for touristic entertainment

A perfect stop on our 4ish hour boat and snorkel tour! Fresh fish, noodles and rice! Churros con dulce de leche! So relaxing! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Beach is beautiful, there's little Sharks to be touched with help. You leave donation before you enter the pool. Restaurant has big hall, receives tourists coming from Cancun. They serve grilled fresh fish, very good and tasty. There's fresh shrimps and small to medium size Lobsters. Prices are very reasonable, 60% Cheaper than Restaurants in Cancun. Toilets available, not fancy ones but clean and maintained. Remember to always have small change to leave tips here and there. People at service are nice and friendly. They speak little English though.
Come here for the local speciality Tikin Xic fish. It’s grilled with achiote paste and never disappoints! Meal type Lunch Price per person $200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Fun crowded with the most amazing water and sand. Get ready to pay for chairs and umbrellas but the farther you move away from the crowded areas the cheaper they get. Took pictures with monkey morris a lizard and snake right on the beach to support the locals. Amazing restaurants and fun atmosphere
