Surprisingly good.
The place is nice, waiters are nice, not pricy, food is good.
And very child centric : my two little new got immediately some pencils and paper. They also got child fork not the big ones.
The child menu is very generous! We will go back many times.

Food is always great, the only problem is wait time to get your food on table and you cannot order by phone if you want to dine in (to avoid extra waiting time) . This they need to improve then it could be 4 star or even 5 star rating.

Firstly if there was an option for negative rating, I would have given that to the staff here. We arrived around 7:30 and the restaurant was half empty, we asked the staff if we can sit, and the waiters said you will have to wait for 1.5 hours because we have two big groups and we are busy serving them, if at all you had reserved, we could have done something, but since you did not make the reservations, wait for 1.5 hours or more.
I wonder, what difference could have made if I had made the reservations, given the fact that half of the restaurant was empty.
Moreover, the staff was so rude and kept talking in German, when I clearly said I don’t understand German and could u please ask any of your colleagues to translate who can speak English. They were so rude on behaviour and disrespectful!
HORRIBLE STAFF!! Definitely need to learn n train on how to behave and talk to customers.
Over 40 min wait for 2 scoops of ice-cream for my kids. Plus food all came together rather than starters then mains after a while.

Pizza Hut make and sell fantastic pizzas! The Pan Pizza base is a favourite in our family with a good selection of toppings to suit all tastes. The service here is friendly and efficient, whether you dine in or take out (as many people have done for quite a while now due to Covid)! It's a pity the buffet salad bar is no longer available, but understandable under the circumstances. All in all a very nice place to eat!
