Great place to pop in and have a family dinner. No booking required for 5 people, we just went there and was promptly assisted. Customer Service was excellent! Everyone smiling and easy to deal with. Food was great! A different taste to what we normally have for a pizza and pasta. Serving Size:Price ratio is alright. Ambience is neat and relaxing. Kid friendly as well, because they have colouring stuff for kids. Even the wait staff themselves are accommodating of kids. Shout out to Julius (Chef)! A great place for a lovely meal out. We were a group of 8 and even with a group of 50+ arriving we got our food quite quickly. All 8 meals came out within minutes of each other, and desserts were prompt too. Wait staff were super friendly and helpful, so overall an enjoyable experience. This is a great place to visit if you are in the area, the atmosphere is unique and the service is great! Pizzas are awesome and there's a good variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages 😊 the staff was friendly and answered few questions about the menu which was very helpful. Every time I visit Havelock North I come to Pipi! Love the funghi Pizza. They are always busy, it is a good sign for me! Last time I got the calamari and it was delicious and properly cooked. Great atmosphere and the staff are always friendly! 100% recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

5 stars for friendly, funky atmosphere. Food never disappoints. Excellent range of wines & non-alcoholic drinks. Family friendly. A favorite of ours for casual dining. Food was really good but my 4 year old waited an hour for a piece of pizza. Locals got their food ahead of us even though they arrived well after us. Seems like a good place for locals but not a good experience as an out of towner. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We were there for dinner as the place came highly recommended. Had the macaroni cheese, meatballs , pulled pork pizza and tiramisu. We ordered the calamari which never came, so just canceled it. Realised after leaving that we were charged for the calamari despite not getting it. Have tried reaching them for a refund but have had no luck. Service could be better as the young people serving seemed lost - forgot cutlery , missed part of the order. We were busy with young kids so ended up paying for the extra dish that dint come. Me and my wife went into pipis pizza three nights ago and found it to be an amazing little pizza place that we cant wait to share with our friends and family.....very different in a really cool way. The staff were all super friendly and professional and the place had a really authentic feel to it There was a REALLY fat cat there(sorry to body shame but he was huge)who was so friendly and well behaved we look forward to seeing him next time.
