We had a great time in the pool, it was very refreshing. Great service from my girlfriend at the bar.. lol we had a wonderful time at the pink Cadillac and trigger was welcome! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

8 of us had breakfast here and no waiting! We were seated immediately👌😊 Some ordered cocktails, others had juice, water or coffee. The drinks were good and the food was prepared perfectly. You get your choice of beans or hash browns, tortillas or toast. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with 2 eggs, hash browns and toast. Being from Texas, I'm picky about chicken fried steak and also, hash browns, They were outstanding😋👌. Really enjoyed my breakfast here, have been craving hash browns or any sort of breakfast taters since I arrived in Puerto, Pink Cadillac did an awesome job with them, potato shredded super fine and crispy, I was in heaven. Have been coming to rocky point and eating breakfast at pink Cadillac for 15 years. Just had an amazing time june 2022, and we will be back in october 2022. The food has been consistently cooked for all those years, and is still amazingly delicious!

I loved the 50's style decor.The breakfast was very good.The staff was nice ,spoke some English and made me feel like I was home.They played American music.The nifty fiftys of rocky point .Don't miss this experience of your in rocky point.

A Peñasco blast from the past, sti goig strong. Dave and much better half do great job. Pool Volleyball, Corn hole and dart tournaments weeky. Food is still spot on with great daily specials. Service is good, highly recommended for one of my favorite breakfast places. "Peñasco Pride" Thanks Team! A+
