With a replica of the Eiffel tower just besides it, Paris city cafe is trying to be your typical Parisian cafe though I dunno think if it actually does meet French standards. Anyway they do sell a variety is coffee drinks both hot and gold. There's parking right up front too

Worst dining service ever!
We went on a Monday evening at 6pm and both restaurants were fairly empty. The menu for Paris City Cafe looked good so we chose to sit and order there. There were two other tables of customers, a group of 6 already eating and a couple waiting for their meals. We are a group of 3 and ordered the Caesar salad, poached salmon and 2 aglio olio shrimp. The Caesar salad arrived fairly quick and it was good. About 10 minutes later 1 aglio olio shrimp entree arrives but not the other 2 entrées. After waiting 15 minutes we ask for our waitress and she cannot be found so another waiter assists us to check on our orders. He returns 5 minutes later to say that our meals are being plated. After waiting another 10 minutes we ask the same waiter to check on our meals again to which he replies, it’s being plated. Plated means the food is already cooked and waiting to be served. Another 10 minutes of waiting I decide to go to the cashier counter and ask to speak to the manager to which the cashier (male) responds “what’s the problem?”
I explain the situation that we received only 1 of 3 entrées and are waiting over 30 minutes for the remaining 2 entrées, he responds by saying the kitchen is busy. I respond that there are only two other tables and they already received their meals and we are still waiting having received 1 meal 30 minutes earlier, how can you be busy?
He rudely responds saying “that’s not true”. Another 12 minutes of waiting the remaining 2 entrees arrived, poached salmon was very salty, the aglio olio shrimp pasta cold from waiting 42 minutes and not once did the wait staff refill our water glass.
How you treat customers and respond to problems makes all the difference, sad to say Paris City Cafe is a failure.

APR 2023 - I have to commend the team serving a group of 17 for an efficient and excelent service. We step in without reservations and surprisingly they offer us a very long table.
Food serving was generous and taste is great as well. Just posting several pictures and would be back again to this restaurant once we in area. Loved the tahong, seafood kare-kare, dinakdakan and sisig.
Oh they also have access to other restaurant - Paris Cafe.

Came here to celebrate my kids birthday, ample parking space, can accommodate lots of guest, Filipino food, large servings, food a little bit salty. chocolate cake taste good. Servers are a little bit moody, you can see it in their eyes. Nice ambiance, they have a replica of Eiffel tower. They also serve coffee. Price ₱₱₱
First up, this place is not at SM Clark, which is great as less people. The food was very good and the service was also very good and way cheaper than flying to France to eat near the Eiffel Tower. Yes I would eat here again.
Totally recommend mango mango smoothie, soooo good!!!

Gosh, their Eiffel Tower is gigantic compared to Gustav. Although they also have a smaller tower inside the restaurant. The place was overall pleasing to the eyes. Their food also was great although i dont think there was anything special on their menu. Typical menu of other French resto. You can do cross orders btw as the place is just right next to wooden table without any partition which was quite unique. So you can literally see the customer dined in wooden table. Would definitively visit the place again.

One outdoor attraction. Come here for the mock Eiffel tower background if you want. Unfortunately, we came around lunch time when it was closed so we couldn't try their food or go inside.
The Eiffel Tower background was pretty interesting, it's smaller in scale than an actual tower, but if you angle it right, it's cool for a shot. Bonus points that it's not crowded and the art of the mock tower is also good.
We could only see from the window that the inside furniture would have been nice to be part of our tour. Sadly, the opening time is much later down the hour and for a day tour that just takes a break here, it's just not possible to visit the inside. Maybe if the shop adjusted their opening time on a weekend, we could come and enjoy their meal or drink along the tour.
Anyway, the Paris City Tower is nice, gives you that feel of France. Nice to visit.
Good place to get a sampling of local dishes. We had a group of 5 and ordered the Boodle Fight, which came with an assortment of fish, pork, chicken, vegetables, and fruits on a bed of rice. We also had a bucket of 7 beers and total price was less than 4000 pesos. This meal by far was better than others, where we paid 2 to 3 times that. I highly recommend this place.
Good experience overall. The place has nice furnishings but no music kind of took away from what could have been a very great atmosphere.
Food was a little more on the expensive side especially compared to the amount of food you get, however, the food is delicious. Due to covid counter measures the food comes out plastic wrapped and you remove it yourself which I believe is a tad too much but better safe than sorry I guess. Staff were friendly and attentive.
4 star for Customer service and big servings good for 5 ro 6 person. Try their mouth watering Kare kare Dagat (seafood kare kare) and one of the restaurant with authentic Kapampangan Sisig. Minus 1 star for your Squid its like that we are eating bubble gum and the ink squirted in our clothes.
