I was ready for my daily dose of coffee around 6am, however everything seems to open up at 8AM, Found this beautiful bakery that opens at 7AM took a chance and guess what they do serve coffee. I got there as they were opening and had to wait for the machine to heat up but it was worth the wait. There was one other coffee shop “open” according to Google but it was 17 minutes walking distance and it had zero reviews. Latte & Banana Muffin $114 pesos = $7US Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and are on 4th trip on Holbox and found this lovely gem! Rosaura is a wonderful bakery with fresh and delicious coffee! We shared a chocolate scone and chocolate muffin. Outstanding taste and texture! Thank you Rosaura for sharing your bakery talents- we will definitely return for more of your ambiance and flavors! Very good pastries - but the 80 pesos cappuccino is completely undrinkable, 90% milk, no foam, piping hot … better go to tierra mia o alta nota just 1 min away - also no rest room and cash only Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
