Oh my goodness! We love coming here for our empanada fix! Most of the time we order take out, but we had free time so my husband and I decided to dine in. The restaurant is small, but cozy. They have Argentinian music playing and it almost feels like having lunch at a family member's house. They have a "mini" store selling imported products when you walk in. The service staff is lovely and attentive. We were given free bread as we sat down, keep in mind if you want more, they will charge you for it. It's not unlimited like Texas Roadhouse. We ordered cappuccinos, small sopa Pampa (each) and just lost it when we ordered the empanadas as we ordered several. We were definitely eating with our eyes! Our favorite is the beef empanada. The meat has so much flavor! The crust of the empanadas has the restaurant's name engraved on them, which I find to be unique. The sopa Pampa has potatoes, carrots, meat and garbanzo beans. I will admit the broth could use some more flavor, but overall it was good, especially dipping the bread in the broth. This is One of my favorite restaurants in the Houston area, the food is very delicious and fresh, the empanadas were super tasty,and the bread was very soft.
