It is a cozy place with a good atmosphere in my opinion. The cafe is designed in a traditional Turkish style with cozy low sofas and armchairs in the shade of citrus and pomegranates trees. There are low wooden tables and even stylized hemp trees to be installed in between. Old parts from hookahs in various designs are hung on the fences. Looks authentic and great.
Local men gather here and play board games in the evenings. Those who are younger mostly drink tea and socialize. The elder men smoke a lot).
Our group came here to smoke a hookah and taste an original Turkish coffee. The service guys were very helpful and supportive. They did their best to help with the choice, brought a huge amount of jars, bottles and packages to smell.
Hookah cost around $ 10, coffee $ 1-1.5, tea 2 cups for dollar. Meanwhile the price can also violates as depend on the time of day and who served and how you introduce yourself, which country).
This is a trend on the Turkish seaside). If you came from Western Europe and richer countries the price is indicated higher and in euros. If from the poorer countries the price goes down accordingly and they ask to pay the same amount, but in dollars or in terms of Turkish lira at the same price as for the locals. So the advise is --> to ask before as usually a menu list is with no price.
Overall this place is very charismatic and the people are really welcoming.
