After days and days of below par restaurants in Europe hiding behind the brazen marketing of average ham, cheese and wine, I finally grew tired of eating out and decided to stay in and order on Bolt Food. My missus and I got the Holy Basil Pork and Massaman Curry Chicken and it was easily THE BEST food we have eaten in a long time. The jasmine rice was also cooked perfectly (seemed to be straight out of a rice cooker) - not from a sachet, a pot or a shallow pan (laughable). I live in Singapore where Thai food is around every corner - and dare I say Pad Thai Kitchen's food beats more than half the Thai food I've eaten in my life. Moderately spicy, flavourful and overall great taste - every bite brought us back to South East Asia. ❤️

Jedno z ciekawszych miejsc znalezione na Malcie. Dania bardzo dobrze przyprawione, byłam w Tajlandii i nie wiele odbiegają od oryginału. Wszystko świeże, smaczne i w przystępnej cenie. Lokaj przyjemny i nie zobowiązujący. Obsługa konkretna i życzliwa. Szybka obsługa, z czystym sercem polecam !

Excellent authentic taste of Thai cuisine. As a vegan, I was very pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of dishes with vegetables or tofu. Great job!

First of all, the food was great amd the cook was very friendl. The food came quickly.
Part of the experience of going out for dinner is the service. This was really really bad. There was a girl, tattoed, white shirt, I havent seen this ever before. Arrogant. Let us waited too long, as well as other guests who stood up to find her to get helped. She prefered talking and laughing with a friend. Asked her for information about the menu but she didnt know amd refered to the menu instead of asking the cook. Forgot the cutlery and it took some effort to get it, and then not even complete, with a comptentuous response as extra. When we wanted to pay, she put the cardmachine on the table and went away for some time..chaotic. arrogant attitude. Talked in a comptentuous way to my girl friend. Why do these kind of People work? The kind that says after picking up some glasses from tables and worked for two minutes: I am working sooo hard. One advice: get better employees.
