ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS AND TRADITIONAL TURKISH FOOD! Finally! Cuisine in New Zealand is hard to come across traditional foods from difference countries. Living in Toronto my whole life the options were endless! We got the shareable platter between me and my boyfriend AND WE DEVOURED THE WHOLE THING!! Thank you to our kiwi waiter (that sounded Canadian, but a traveler so he picked up multiple accents along the way). His service was polite and apologized for the long wait, but it was awesome when everything showed up and he asked if we wanted and EXPLAINED what was on our dish. ABSOLUTELY 5 star service. Thank you Kiwi Canadian sound-alike. Not bland, great taste, not over salted, tabouli was so fresh. I wish the full pastry had some spinach in it, a bit too rich and creamy, but now I’m just being picky. 5 stars, would go back tomorrow if I lived in Dunedin. 1,000% must try. All the waiters actually were on point. Great service. Just the long wait (40-50min was a bit too much), but thankful we got a table. Until next time! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Visiting from Auckland, the city of great food so I was delightfully impressed by the food here! I split the Paasha plate with my mum and we were sooo full. Great friendly service too. I would not hesitate to return next time I’m in Dunedin. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Probably the best restaurant experience I've had. Found us a seat (no booking) on a busy night within 30 seconds and took our orders within a couple of minutes. Food then took no more than 10 minutes to come out and was the best Turkish I've eaten for a reasonable price. Got the paasha shared platter (for two), which was more than enough food. This dish had all the different meats available, and is a perfect dish for when you can't decide what to order. Our waters were instantly replaced when finished , and I can't find a fault with this restaurant if I tried. Will definitely be back. Great Turkish food. Really loved the plate shared for 3 people. As there are so many great choices on the menu sampling, nearly everything. Best Paasha in NZ, better than our local one. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the filo starter and shared a large main which was more than enough food as we weren't too hungry. Generous portion of lamb! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I tried this restaurant on the basis of its high google rating. Sadly, they failed to meet their ratings. I ordered a Doner meal, and they served the meat cold to luke warm. To make it worse, the meat was dry. It tasted like it had been cooked a while ago, and had dried out and became cold. The bread was warmer than the meat. The salad was ok, and that's the only positive about what they served. They must pay attention to what they serve, as most customers know the difference between good and dodgy food. Thank you. Took our toddler here after a long week. We were greeted warmly and given coloured pens and paper for him to draw on straight away and his own ‘special’ cup. Food was lovely and fresh. Thank you! I had a medium lamb doner here and it was delicious! Even though it was only a medium there was so much food I couldn't finish and it was all very tasty. The meat is beautifully seasoned and very well traditionally prepared- the cooks really know what they are doing. Service was very prompt despite them having quite a few customers- less than 10 minutes. Waitstaff were super friendly and helpful! Price is also great. $13 for my very large and filling meal. I consider this a bargain for such good quality. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
Wonderful Turkish food that is consistently cooked well. Large share plates as well as individual meals. The dessert is also amazing! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Paasha Shared Platter for 3
