That's a nice idea to order nicely cooked ribs. Come to this restaurant for delicious champagne. A selection of good coffee is provided to visitors. A lot of people have noticed that the staff is pleasant here. The cool ambiance will be a good addition to yummy food and excellent location of Paal 28 texel. Bad, unfriendly service. Clearly giving you the impression of being unwanted. Side dishes very small for 4 people, plates not hot. The fish itself was okay, meat wasn’t. Accepted out reservation for 19:30 but began cleaning up and moving tables just 15 min later. Didn’t ask for desert wishes or anything.

We were waiting and the man wouldn't have served us if it wasn't for the Dutch woman waiting next to us who signaled that we were there first. The he proceeded to make us pay an extra euro despite the prices being clearly written, and pretended to not understand me when I notified him as such and not return the money. An overall DESPICABLE experience! Service: 1

Very cozy place to spend a day on the beach! The food was amazing and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended :)

Solid not too overpriced place. The food was good, but not brilliant. The staff had a wide range of friendliness. Maybe because of some language barriers since not everyone understood Dutch properly. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–30

Although I liked the ribs and the cake, 50 minutes waiting for the food was not my idea of a perfect dinner. Thanks to Luis and his colleague from Girona, super nice guys that changed a bad dinner to a good night with some laughs. Service Dine in Price per person €30–40

One of the best places to eat at the beach in Texel. Spare ribs are recommended. If I may give one suggestion to the owners is giving a bit more garnishing and fries for a table of 6...you can ask for more of each for free but 1 small pot of fries for 6 to start is really not enough. Further the quality was great and the staff super friendly. I recommend to try the Texel gin tonic!

We really enjoyed dinner at Paal 28. The local beers are fantastic and accompanied the BBQ ribs perfectly. The ribs are cooked very well and are an All-You-Can-Eat option so needless to say, we did not leave hungry. The Beef Fillet ('t Eiland) was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. Desserts were all very good as well! Overall a great experience, very well priced and recommended.
