Otium is a unique restaurant located in Tirana, Albania. It offers a fine dining experience with no menu and no transparency with pricing. The waiter recites the menu to you and you do not see any pricing. Despite this, the food is fantastic and the service is excellent. The staff are welcoming and helpful, providing great advice on the wine list and the menu. The food is French-influenced and is of the highest quality. Desserts are also delicious and the raki from the house is a nice touch. Prices may be a bit high for Albania but are still much lower than what you would pay in western Europe. Overall, Otium is a great place for a special dining experience and is highly recommended.
