I would give the overall experience a 3 as it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t especially bad either. The food however was very good, I’d recommend it just for the food however I wouldn’t expect having a good service from it. It is obvious that there is a management issue that needs to be solved as there was only the bare minimum being served and no interest in customer satisfaction to an appropriate level. You’d expect more service from the restaurant being empty with that many staff members however for the majority of the time, they were distracted doing something else. I would say there is a lack of interest in maintaining the restaurant. You’d expect there to be the minimum such as toilet paper stocked however even that was missing. I hope the management issue gets solved as the food was good and the restaurant itself had a really nice decor too. Other than that, we didn’t leave unsatisfied but our experience could've been very easily better by the smallest improvements in their service.

We stayed 5 days in Edirne, tried about 10 restaurants, only this is Turkish traditional food, good and tasty
