I don’t know why this place isn’t more popular. Everything I’ve ever tried here has been DELICIOUS! Once Pueblos is Valle’s best kept secret. This is my second time doing the six courses and the menu changes every few months. Everything is amazing and they will even make new cocktails for you if you ask. Staff is very friendly. The views from the restaurant are breath taking. Parking is down the hill, so you will have to do a little bit of walking, but once you reach the top, it's worth the workout 😉. Their drinks are good, their wine is very good. The menu changes throughout the year. My favorite part was the views from top of the hill.

An incredible experience! We were a group of 6 having lunch during day of the dead. The property is perched upon a large hill, slightly obscure from the main wine route but worth the drive. Everything we ordered was unique and our server walked us through the ingredients and the origins of each item. The restaurant overlooks the valley in a 180 degree dinning hall, paired with a tasting room on the side. Service was fast and informative, I will highly recommend a set meal either for dinner or lunch, it's an experience not to be missed.
Beautiful facility. Lovely gardens perched on a hilltop with fantastic views of the valle. Wonderful food. We ordered off the menu rather than the tasting menu and everything was amazing. The chile/garlic rib meat was very flavorful and tender. The fish was amazing. My friend was pleasantly surprised by the tongue and I loved my carnitas. It was a lovely end to a day of wine tasting.
Amazing views, amazing food. Why this place is not full every day is beyond me. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $500–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Nice place with good food and great service. You have to get a 4 or 6-dish tasting menu. We tried the 6-dish one and everything was pretty good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Beautiful restaurant, we opted to eat outside and they provided a heater for our table. Service was excellent, our waitress Alejandra was very attentive and made our experience special. The only downside was a fixed menu, I would have appreciated a veggie or fish option.
Very nice little place in Valle Guadalupe with its cuisine being Michoacán food. Don't expect large plates, as it is more gourmet so if feeling too hungry you will not be full with just one plate. As of now they offer a six course tasting menu which you can try and house wine is delicious. Panoramic view of Valle Guadalupe and metallic sculptures of Monarch Butterflies.
Nice place, great views, good food not amazing and little pricey for the portions but a good option to know new places!
This is a stunning spot for sure! Make sure you sit outside as the inside is a bit plain and drab (even with the million dollar view). The service was good but unfortunately the food was not (a 2/5 if it was just a food review). My beef rib was so over salted it was almost inedible (and I love well seasoned food). At the same time, the pork carnitas were desperately in need of salt and were surprisingly dry. Imagine a dry carnita! How do you even do that? The complimentary appetizer and the tamal were both delicious, but the mains really fell flat. I would go here for the view outside and just have a drink. Food is much better elsewhere. It’s too bad! As a visitor it sucks to waste a meal. Chef, please taste the food before it goes out!
