The view over the lake is stunning. I ordered a chai latte and rocky road, both were delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Perfect spot for a morning drink.

Service was prompt, food was good! Had pork pie (absolutely delicious - tastes like Kong Ba Pao) , ham and cheese croissant , latte and long black. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains too! Would definitely recommend. THE BEST coffee I’ve had in NZ, and you can watch the planes land and take off! :)
Was so good that I went there both mornings that I was in Queenstown for. If I could bring the shop with me on the remaining leg of my road trip I would :’)

What a lovely place! We came for coffee and cake and left with big smiles.
Norka has a variety of cakes, also vegan and gf, sandwiches, as well as coffees with every possible milk.

Beautiful cafe with wonderful staff that treat you like a family. Lovely little cafe with the most beautiful views in Queenstown. A must visit for everyone!

My boyfriend loved this hot chocolate! It is just right and tasted milky yet creamy, and the service was really prompt. It’s really all you need for a cold day!

If you haven't tasted the iced mocha with ice cream here (or even if you have), stop everything you're doing and go get one :D it's delicious. Best I have ever had.
