Nobu Los Cabos is a stunning restaurant that offers an elegant and tranquil dining experience with impeccable service. The renowned Nobu cuisine, blending traditional Japanese dishes with South American and Mexican influences, is a testament to the culinary mastery of the chefs. The menu features impeccably fresh seafood and vibrant flavors, catering to both adventurous food enthusiasts and those with more traditional tastes. The restaurant also offers an impressive selection of cocktails and beverages, expertly crafted to complement the cuisine. Overall, Nobu Los Cabos creates an unforgettable dining experience that exceeds expectations in every aspect. Whenever I go to such places…. I feel worse for where Indian cuisine is and should have been on the world stage. A cuisine with so many vegetarian curations, depths of flavor and no one is willing to pay over $20 for it. Nobu is such a famous restaurant with so many global locations- so I am sure there is something of value that people love. But for me - the food was just average. I am a vegetarian- and the menu simply disappoints. The same old offerings with undercooked cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, tofu and edamame which can you find at any Japanese place for $10. I really don’t understand why besides the ambience and view am I paying $33 for. The ironic part is Nobu has written a vegetarian cookbook! Lol… Some items were overpriced for no reason. Sweet potato tacos for $18, were smaller than a slice of lime!! Also tried veggie sushi which was no different for me than the $10 one at local joints. These places should simply not have any vegetarian options or hire an Indian chef to curate special Indian influenced items. Of course, no ramen on the menu too. The venue is stunning and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. Location is a little far away, plan for extra 15-20 mins drive. Service is great and parking has free valet. They didn’t fish for a tip which was refreshing - assuming they pay their staff well. Staff was very well informed and knew all menu options well. They did make us feel special for our anniversary! An excellent meal in the most beautiful setting. It was so good we went twice. Nobu is infamous, and as soon as you step in the door you can see why. The attentive service begins right away, and you’re seated outside with the most beautiful view. The food was delicious. As everyone says, it’s all overpriced, but you’re also paying for the experience at Nobu. The crispy rice, wagyu gyoza, teriyaki beef, rock shrimp and yellowtail tuna are to die for. They’re also known for the lychee martini, which is so sweet and complements your meal perfectly. The brownie was my favorite dessert. Highly recommend going to Nobu at least once, and to go at sunset. You’re guaranteed an amazing meal with the most beautiful sunsets. Beautiful atmosphere with a stunning ocean view with a colorful sunset. The staff exceed my expectation. A lot of great choices from the menu. Menu is expensive but is a lifetime experience! The atmosphere is the main attraction at Nobu, Los Cabos. It is on the beach with stunning sunset views. The patio is large and offers almost everyone a great view. The service is what someone should reasonably expect at this price point. The staff was friendly and attentive to when drinks were running low. The food was simply ok. I feel like Nobu tries too hard to do something different when it's maybe not necessary. We had the crispy rice, for example. It arrived in a deconstructed format with the crispy rice cubes on one side of the plate, the tuna in the middle and a dipping sauce on the other side. Putting it together ourselves shouldn't be necessary. Don't mess with a good thing. Generally, the food was good. It could have been better. But that's not why you go to this location. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Their service is impeccable. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order, the Rochester roles were decent, but I don’t think they were worth the price. Everything else was absolutely incredible. Don’t forget to make a reservation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came to Nobu for my 30th birthday, and it was literally the best food and service I've had in a long time. The service was quick and exceptional. The food was top tier. You literally can't go wrong with ordering anything from the menu. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who's visiting or living in Cabo Meal type Dinner Price per person $100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy or Butter Ponzu
Nobu is a must-visit restaurant with fantastic food and exceptional service. The miso cod is simply incredible - perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff is attentive and friendly, making for a wonderful dining experience. However, be prepared to pay a high price for this quality - the prices are on the expensive side. Overall, I highly recommend trying out this restaurant for its fantastic food and outstanding service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $300–400
