Of het is goed of het is slecht. Nooit constante kwaliteit. Vaak wordt een pizza vergeten en die krijg je vervolgens koud nageleverd. Kaas en knoflookbroodje waren heel droog! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Beste collega's van New York Pizza.assendelft. wat hebben jullie een onwijze service geleverd. Wij van Marco's Multiservice zijn jullie erg dankbaar voor de goede zorgen en het goede eten Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Grote bestelling geplaatst en na bijna 2 uur eindelijk bezorgd. Alles was koud, hard en oud. Meerdere malen in contact geweest met het hoofdbureau en die hebben veel mailtjes gestuurd naar locatie Assendelft. Na al die mailtjes en tijd nog steeds geen contact gehad. Erg asociaal. Meeste slechtste pizza ooit manger moet zig vies schamen en hier 16 euro voor vragen jullie zijn hellemaal gek die pizza is gewoon door een kleuter gemaakt en nog eens koud met 45 min bezorging jullie moeten jullie schamen

We geven newyork pizza assendelft, 1ster, lager kan helaas niet! Meerdere keren geprobeerd, maar helaas elke keer een teleurstelling. Koud, niet lekker, te laat! Bij vrienden in Hoorn of op de camping in Ermelo is het een feestje! zoals het zou moeten zijn, Vandaag was de laatste keer, geen waar voor je duren geld.

Ik heb betaald maar mijn pizza is nooit aangekomen en als ik bel horen ze me niet of weten ze van niks Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Er zat net echt geen 2 x ananas op ik vond het vorige x zo lekker nu niet met 5 stukjes.🤷

4 verschillende pizzas besteld, eigenlijk allemaal 30cm maar de grootte van de pizzas verschilden behoorlijk. Levering duurde 1.5 uur in plaats van 45 minuten, 2 sterren voor de moeite

The absolute worst company structure and customer service I have EVER encountered... The store owner wont take responsibility (ASSENDELFT), the customer service that the issue was raised up with won't take responsibility. I am now minus over €70 over 2 separate occasions that the website wrongly posted the order to the incorrect store. When calling store they refuse to refund as it is quote "Not their problem, and is the fault of the Site". Even when posted to the wrong store, the store did NOT even have the curtesy to call and inform that they received the order and it was directed wrong. They just IGNORED! it - When calling the store 1 hour later (ASSENDELFT) all that was said was "We aren't going to make your order, you have to order at IJMUIDEN" The first encounter my partner ordered from the site for a family member that was terminally ill, which never arrived and due to the personal circumstances no other action was taken apart from ringing the store and requesting a refund. Which NEVER happened from ASSENDELFT. The more recent but still UNRESOLVED order was placed by myself on 23/05/23 it is now 04/07/23 and absolutely nothing has been done about either of these issues. Again no call received from ASSENDELFT that this was in fact wrongly forwarded and the same response of "We aren't going to make your order, you have to order at IJMUIDEN" - This was then followed up by contacting the store several times and numerous emails to refund on this occasion over €30. The store owner took no responsibility into this and forward the matter onto NYP main office, to which questions were asked and then was informed that this will be forwarded to the store owner. I have gotten no response since, the genuine lack of customer care and responsibility is appalling and NYP should be ashamed to be a functioning franchise!
