Eventually, we had to inquire about the delay, and the server acknowledged the lengthy wait, though I felt more speechless than understood. While the food was passable, the extensive wait detracted from the overall experience; waiting over an hour for a meal diminishes its perceived value. Regrettably, we won't be returning."
