An unforgettable culinary experience! From the first to the last bite, the gastronomic journey at Neolitik was a celebration of taste and culinary perfection. The variety of dishes makes it challenging to choose a favorite, as each one stands at the pinnacle of goodness. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, with Piero sporting a constant smile and genuine helpfulness, enhancing the evening even more. The fusion atmosphere of the restaurant, nestled in a charming vico in Rabat away from tourist crowds, adds a touch of magic to the experience. The value for money is fair, considering the care and attention to detail in the generous portions, crafted with high-quality local ingredients. Neolitik stands out for the originality of its dishes, infused with elegance and creativity, making them true visual and gustatory masterpieces. The decision to try the restaurant inspired by a documentary on Malta and Gozo proved to be a genuine discovery. Each dish was a journey through flavors, but the fresh pasta ravioli with cacio e pepe emerged as the most memorable, a true gastronomic masterpiece. In conclusion, Neolitik is more than a restaurant: it’s a culinary destination that elevates the art of cuisine to heavenly levels. Highly recommended for an unparalleled sensory experience! A lovely little eatery on the endge of St George Square in Rabat. Very clean and simply decorated. Comfortable seating indoors and outside. Service was prompt and polite. I chose 3 small plates from the nibbles menu - shrimp skewers, sticky pork belly, and hummus with veggies. I also had 1 glass of local white wine and a small bottle of still water. The food was fresh, well prepared, pleasing to the eye, and tasty. I did not care for the black sesame seeds in the hummus. I mentioned it to the server, but he told me it was traditional. As a local, I feel the food was just a little over-priced for lunch, but it is similar to other places in this popular tourist district. I will go back for dinner some evening. If I return for lunch I'll try the specials. I think they are a better value. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €30–35 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My evening at Neolitik was truly a remarkable culinary experience. I decided to start with the ravioli, and I must say that ordering them as an appetizer was perfect. The handmade, two-tone ravioli with burrata, cherry tomatoes, and pesto were fresh and light, a real delight for the palate. My main course, the fillet with vegetables, was the highlight of the meal. The meat was cooked to perfection, exactly as I had requested, and the pairing with the vegetables and that exceptional sauce was a triumph of flavors. The dessert, a classic tiramisu, was equally delightful. It was the ideal way to conclude an extraordinary meal. Neolitik Kitchen & Lounge is a hidden gem tucked away in a small alley behind a main square. As soon as you step inside, it feels like entering a completely different world. The atmosphere is bright, elegant, and welcoming, with tasteful decor and very relaxing background music. The service was outstanding, with the staff attentive to every need. Watching the female chefs at work was a true spectacle, each of them showcasing extraordinary culinary mastery. In conclusion, Neolitik Kitchen & Lounge is a hidden treasure in Gozo, a place where you can experience exceptional dishes in a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary experience. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €35–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food and location is really wonderful & we recommend it fully. It is located in a quiet side street and if you are lucky you can sit outside in the sun (it’s spring now). The owner also cooks himself. The menu itself is very interesting. We had the Tagliatelle (wow!) and the mushroom risotto. Both were a dream Meal type Lunch Price per person €20–25
