I was walking down the street and noticed this place, the Nebraska Restaurant and Bar. I had to stop and ponder what this might mean. What would they serve at a Nebraska restaurant? Slabs of beer and various versions of corn. A girl I went to graduate school with was from Iowa, another word for Nebraska. She detassled corn as a kid. She also tipped an occasional cow. So what's happening at this Nebraska location? I'll have to check.
