Whenever my partner and I come to NBM, the service is always excellent and the food is always super yummy! Not to mention is also very affordable. We can get drinks apps and two meals for under 100 which is usually hard to come by in Nelson! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want yummy Asian food :)

I had a weird experience at this restaurant. I ordered some food and she asked me Have here or take away
After that they charged me an extra dollar for the container. I didn't know about this charge beforehand,
I could say I will dine in with Take away Container and I was pretty surprised when they asked me to pay more. I mean, I get that containers cost money, but they should at least let you know about it in advance.

This was quite possibly the worst Asian Takeaway I have ever tasted!!!
2x Thai BBG Pork Skewers for two (19) - tough with no flavour.
1x Mu Tun "it's a taste of Thailand you won't want to miss" - long squares of what looked like roast pork in a boring watery sauce with very little veges and no flavour
1x Phad Krapow (my fave thai dish) absolutely no thai basil to be seen! Hot chilli flavour and again a few beans
Asian Thai food is all about FLAVOUR!! This is what was so disappointing about this food = NO STARS from me :(

Big let down. Chicken kebabs were microwaved and nuclear hot! Fried dumplings undercooked and not pan fired. Egg noodles were cold and tough. Also, evening meals should be served on a hot plate - ribs went cold. Atmosphere was lovely however and a cool robot waiter. A shame we won't be returning.

Newly expanded with Thai street food , it is an amazing piece of Thailand in Nelson. Highly recommend to try the soups
