We had some bad experience the first time we got there. We went for a little drink and the all dishes we ordered were not in state of edible. First we had garlic with fired chicken, chickens were not fresh even the few garlic were rotten as well. You may see the photo of how it looked like. Then the boiled veggie was without salt and the onion rings had a bitter taste like kohomba. We make sure not to visit the place again. But I have to say the service was supered from the butler and very friendly. Price per person Rs 3,000–3,500 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
I had the pleasure of visiting this pub on a recent night out with friends, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The decor was cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating options for groups of all sizes. But it wasn't just the ambiance that impressed me - the food and drinks were also top-notch. We started off with some appetizers, and I have to say, the loaded nachos were a standout. The portion size was generous, and the toppings were perfectly distributed - no dry chips or naked spots in sight. For my main course, I opted for the fish and chips, and I was blown away by the freshness and flavor of the fish. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, and the chips were deliciously seasoned and not at all greasy. Of course, a good pub isn't just about the food - the drinks are just as important. And this pub did not disappoint on that front, either. They had a great selection of beers on tap, and the bartender was knowledgeable and friendly when it came to helping us make our choices. I tried a few different brews throughout the night, and each one was better than the last. But what really set this pub apart for me was the service. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and she went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. When I mentioned that I was celebrating a birthday, she surprised me with a complimentary dessert and even sang me a song. It was a small gesture, but it made a big impact on me and really cemented this pub as one of my new favorites. All in all, I would highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for a cozy, friendly spot to enjoy some great food and drinks. Whether you're stopping in for a quick pint or settling in for a long night with friends, you're sure to have a great time at this gem of a pub

Good customer service , however the food wasn't tasty as they say . Their chicken fried rice was so dry but the crispy chicken dish was so good , fresh and juicy 👌
Nice & quiet place.Highly recommend. Staff also very Nice Price per person Rs 2,500–3,000
My experience at this pub was delightful, especially considering it was my first visit. The menu showcased a variety of delicious options, and the food exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was cozy, making it an enjoyable place to share a meal with a friend. While I've only been there once, the positive impression left me looking forward to future visits. Price per person Rs 2,000–2,500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Situated at 3rd floor in the building and there is a dedicated lift. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of dining tables available, wide variety of food range and service is average. Prices are reasonable and parking is along the roadside.
The restaurant is located on a rooftop, offering ample space, although it tends to be a bit warm as only fans are available, not AC. We opted for a beer tower, and the service was satisfactory. We ordered hot butter mushroom, Daiya devil chicken, a chicken kottu, and chicken rice. The food was decent, although the rice was not to our liking. However, the kottu was particularly enjoyable. Despite this, we found the portions to be quite small and the prices a bit high. It seems that the main focus of the establishment is its bar operation, with food playing a secondary role on the menu. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
This place is your regular “බොන joint” for an overall average meal and (IMO) iced down beer. The location is convenient, but there’s no parking area so parking on the road is at your own risk. The bar seems to have been extended in floor space to accommodate more seating, so getting seated on the wooden floor boarded area means you’ll be rattled with every step taken by a waiter or a customer 😁

Machan Nawala stands out for its quality food and affordability. Their Black Pork Dish and Hot Butter Mushroom dish are standout choices that I highly recommend. These dishes not only offer great taste but also provide good value for your money. You'll find that the food is consistently delightful, making it a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. Price per person Rs 5,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Beer Tower
