Good place and food is tasty.. 35$/head approx. if one goes for steaks then 45$ approx. servings size are equal to the price. Something equal to pub food if one is really critical. We went as a group and had multiple dishes. Vege burger, T-bone steak. Burrito, fish. Also according to the manager the place / meat is all halal. Came out for dinner. Staff didnt seem to care and there was about 7 of them standing around on their phones and very little patrons. We were seated and ordered our drinks then had to try each drink to figure out who was whos because they just put them on the table. Meals came reasonably fast. Lamb was ok however the fish and chips fell below, they were very greasy and floury. The restrooms were subpar and need a good clean. They were fast to clean up once people left which was good. Prices are astronomical for what you get. Not somewhere id go back to in a hurry. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food was excellent, i ordered the 500g rump steak with garlic mash & seasonal veggies and it was big, cooked to how i liked it medium well with a generous portion sizing, excellent customer services, the friendly staff were awesome and i would highly reccomend and would definately go back. Rib eye with 2 eggs was great. Both Steaks were asked to be well done, my daughters was a bit pink so she didnt like it. Next time we will try the Angus. Garlic bread was perfect !! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Nice meal Lovely service and nice atmosphere. Brisket was FANTASTIC. Ribs were good but not the best I've had. Steak perfectly cooked but cut of fillet was a little disappointing. Good meal and reasonable prices but lacked the wow factor a bit. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Me and my partner decided to have a dinner at Navajo. It is our first time as we are new in Palmerston North. We were seated immediately but the space was a bit crammed. Our starters consisting of Seafood Chowder and Garlic Bread were delicious and on point. The mains on the other hand were another story. My partner ordered with Medium-rare Steak with Potato Gravy and side of Mushroom. I ordered the Beef and Prawn Salad. The foods were served in a timely manner but the Steak was cooked to a Rare not medium rare. My partner's side of mushroom was also forgotten. He asked for it and came out after that but being a Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef himself I saw his utter disappoint about our dining experience. Mine is quite alright but the salad overwhelmed the Beef and Prawn. Altogether, there is indeed a room for improvement and shoul live up to their name. It is a Steak House after all. Their seafood chowder is devine. Unfortunately I dont live in Palmy but if I did I would make this my restaurant of choice. Also had the 500g rump - honestly it is the biggest portion of a mains I have ever had in any nz restaurant and for that alone they deserve 5 stars. We had a super dining experience at Navajo Steak House. Genuinely excellent steak, well presented dishes and friendly, quick service. We'd definitely recommend this restaurant for a lovely evening out.
