속초 노학동 이목리 서울보증보험 연수원 바로 옆에 있습니다. 건물 전체가 커피공장 및 카페로 구성되어 있는데, 전체 이름이 '뮤토 로스팅 플랜트'라 합니다. 1층은 커피공장, 2층은 카페, 3층 옥상은 루프탑 형태입니다. 카페 내에 와이너리 냉장고를 비롯해서, 에어컨, 정수기, 공기정화기, 가습기 등등 모든 가전제품이 LG전자 제품이라 인상적이었습니다. 또한 출입구 들어가기 전에 몸 소독(?)하는 장비가 있으며, 입구 들어서자 마자 왼편에 '레고'로 만든 작품을 전시한 장식장이 있어서 눈길을 끕니다. 천장 인테리어로 실링팬이 장착되어 있어서 실용적이고, 디자인적으로도 좋습니다. 드립 커피는 대체로 진한 편입니다.
