Overall, it's not bad, it actually gets surprisingly busy. The bad: Restrooms are just not my vibe. The sink to wash your hands is hard to regulate, it gets everything wet and even if you're careful, the person before you already soaked the paper towels etc. The exit is push so that's the one saving grace for the restrooms. The drinks are also a miss for me, the large drink is at least half ice which ends up diluting your drink if you take too long, which is usually not a big deal for me except there are also NO refill options so there really is no excuse to use SO MUCH ice... It just rubs me the wrong way paying $80 for that much ice and no refill options (pictured). It was non alcoholic btw. The good: The food was good, they don't cut your burgers in half but they're also not hard to eat so I'm neutral about it even though I prefer my burgers cut. The food was ready and brought to the table fast, so props to the staff for that. They're friendly and honestly the biggest plus for me was how quickly they brought the check when I asked and charged me right away despite how busy it was. I love when restaurants don't make you wait for no reason. If they weren't so cheap with their drinks and their restrooms were just designed better, they'd be a 4 or almost a 5 honestly. I don't think it matters that much considering they're packed already despite those flaws. If anything I would say it's overrated for a mid restaurant. 3 stars but it's more like a 2.5, straight MID for the price. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $200–300

I was told that this place the food is really good that's why I came by. In my personal opinion it is not the taste of their famous pac man burger was average and the service was to slow. The environment is music from 80s not my taste even though I am and old guy. The last thing their bathroom was the must small and not clean lace I ever been, no soap and paper for dry your hands after washing with just water. Worst service ever, they are very slow, poor client service, we were a group of 7 people and the wait for a table was 40 minutes, then when we sat at the table they make us wait another 15 min to take our order, the drinks only took 15 min and the food 40 min, that’s bad service for me, it was jam packed but still later at the check out, the waitress wanted to claim for a tip which she didn’t deserve. Now the food was meh, the french fries were cold and hard. So i don’t recommend this place and I’m never coming back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $200–300

Menu is reduced, used to have 2 entire pages only for burgers, now you only have 5 options and whole menu is 3 pages only, which 1 of them is entirely for alcoholic beverages, tasty dinner, something expensive, not bad but not that great, french fries are meh, they used to be top tier
