The atmosphere there is really nice and cozy. It makes you feel like you’re at home. The food was decent, though nothing very special. We had duck and fish. Duck was hard to cut and it looked a bit too raw. The fish was a bit flavorless. Though I have to say that the desserts were really nice. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Back here after couple of years, decided to cone 200 km, to have delicious dinner- believe that this is one of the best restaurants. Everything was really tasty, great service done by lady, dishes not too small or big. Got glass of organic wine as present, because was the last one ;) maybe the only one minus, that it was some more calm free table at the window, but no suggestion to put us there. Everything is great about this place! I love the Egg Benedict with salmon and avocado here - it’s the best I’ve ever tried. The vibe is lovely and the details (from food to interior decor and the service) are above and beyond. Best to book in advance - the breakfast is on Sundays only, but it’s all day breakfast. Good wines, ok food - great starter but not blown away by the main dish - great wines though but what frustrated us the most was the speed of serving the courses - I even asked whether we need to leave at at certain time since we really felt pushed - while in general the service was good - but nope apparently we had all the time so why serve all at once while we were enjoying the wine, atmosphere, etc... This is a great restaurant with fantastic service and delicious food. There are only four or five snacks and same number of mains, which allows them to be executed to perfection. I had Tuna and Salmon Tartare, and Octopus - totally loved it.

Monai is without a doubt the best restaurant in Lithuania for me. It is simply a must every time I am in Klaipėda. The interior is cozy and stylish, the staff is very friendly. The menu isn't long but the food is the highest quality. They are changing it from time to time but there is one starter, a tuna tar tar, that is always on menu and it is the dish I am coming for. They serve it as 2 rolls but I always order 4 instead. This dish is simply incredible. They have a nice wine selection but mostly in bottles. They are also flexible with special dietary requirements and adjust to people with lactose intolerance. They are short in vegetarian options, but I am pretty sure they would sort things out on the spot. It is fully booked most of the time so a table should be reserved minimum a few day prior the visit. Highly recommended.
