We stayed in 8 rooms on 6-7 January. In 2 of the rooms, we had to sleep without Room-Keys (that is without the facility of locking the rooms).
When we go for the buffet breakfast, it is normal to enquire our Room No's. But what irritated us was that at least 4 employees in the restaurant were asking for our Room No's at different times during the Breakfast 😔
Though a good no of employees were there, no water glasses were placed on the tables. We had to ask for them.
While checking out, there was nobody at the Reception Desk for us to handover the keys! After enquiring frantically for 20 minutes, the Receptionist arrived from outside!
So much service for a cost of ₹3900 per room! Certainly not value for money.
