From the moment we arrived, the service was exemplary: welcoming, warm and helpful. Samuel was a kind gentleman who served us fantastic cappuccinos and bread with butter and two kinds of jam: hibiscus and apricot. The pancakes (according to my nine-year-old) were sublime, especially the coconut cream. Granola with fruit was also excellent. The vibe was perfect and we also enjoyed a fantastic swim. It’s a gem in the national park and highly recommended. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Such a wonderful place to have a romantic dinner. The food, staff, the vibe everything checks. We went there for our anniversary dinner and what a time we had. We had vegetarian food and everything was so delicious. The desserts were to die for too. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $400–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For the price and location it's the reason I rated it a five. It's not the best Thai but really solid Thai especially for being in Mexico. Flavors are solid and the spice level is more Mexican than Thai. The steak was excellent, pad Thai was solid, and the massaman curry had good flavor. The green and yellow curry was pretty bland. But the music and ambiance was what really made the experience great. Service was overall good. Great place to go on a date and you're not breaking the bank. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Mezzanine is simply paradise and complete relaxation! If you’re looking for luxury in Tulum, look no further. The team there is top notch and every interaction was meaningful. We stayed 3 nights in the suites overlooking the coast. The morning sunrise coffee basket and turn down tea are just a few of the small details that we loved. The private plunge pool / hot tub was an absolute highlight and worth the extra spend. All of our meals were incredible- breakfast, beach menu, Thai …yum!! This trip was extremely special and we are already planning our return. Mezzanine is the definition of a boutique luxury hotel. We want to explore more small luxury hotels. Thank you staff for your hospitality and friendship while at mezzanine! Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Vacationing at the Mezzanine was simply an amazing experience. From the moment of arrival, David at the front desk was so great. He helped with restaurant recommendations, things to do, anything we needed during our stay and more! The restaurant staff were so friendly and made each meal such a personal experience. Ulises, Andy and Jorge remembered my meals from the day prior and offered recommendations on the menu. The pad Thai was excellent, and the cheesecake was different then any I've ever had, it was so delicious! We enjoyed daily breakfast and lunch and the food was really good 👍 The cleaning staff were so friendly and always made the room look beautiful. In addition, they delivered amazing daily coffee and afternoon tea service! We truly had the best time at Mezzanine. It felt like we were in a large open-air living home right on the beach! The room was large with a really comfortable bed and great pillows. We really couldn't have asked for anything better!! We look forward to returning in the future! So Tulums food scene is one of beauty over flavor plus overpriced. But Mezzanine has literally everything a bougie girl would want! Amazing views, amazing food, and the drinks are flavorful and balanced. Like if you get an attitude if you have a bad meal then come here and eat well lol. The Thai food is good. It’s not an extensive Thai Menue but it will have the basics and your favorites. I had the shrimp pad Thai. The noodles had great flavor and they weren’t dry. The shrimp was cooked well. The sautéed mushrooms are a must get! Fili and Louis were absolutely wonderful and have a great presence and are fun. Everyone we interacted with speaks English but if you want to practice your Spanish they will help you. This meal was 5 times better than the $600 meal had on the strip. It’s quiet here and the music is a vibe. Super romantic but also great for the girls and the homies. They don’t have mango coconut rice as dessert, which was disappointing lol but still a great place and a good time. Oh you can also go down to the beach while you wait. Fabulous! We’ve eaten at Mezzanine for many years- it’s our favorite in Tulum. Food and drinks are beautifully presented and tasty. Great hip vibe in a spectacular setting. Currently there is a lot of construction around Tulum ruins so route to the restaurant is a bit of a hassle but definitely worth it. We made a full day at the beach and restaurant. Highly recommend!! BEST THAI FOOD we ever had, in primer location in tulum- with direct view of the beach. Such a romantic and quiet spot. The service was great, but we cannot stress enough how amazing the food is there. We enjoyed chicken satay, pad thai, and chicken and rice noodles soup- everything was incredible. highly recommended! (just make sure you know that it is inside the tulum national park- which is only available via one way and requires an entry fee). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
