We stopped here for breakfast when on holiday from Scotland as it had been recommended to us by an army soldier!
When the bakery staff heard where we were from, they didn't charge us for the breakfast. We subsequently returned there during our stay for numerous cups of cay, as the staff were so inviting and friendly. I hasten to add that we paid for our cups of cay after that!
For us, it was great to watch the bread and pastries being freshly made in the back of the shop. We don't get to do that in the U.K. - unfortunately most bread is mass-produced.
We would highly recommend this pastanesi.
Spas dikim!
