The place had a traditional feel, quite different from modern restaurants. The people inside didn't necessarily fit the mold of what you might expect in a more contemporary setting. Interestingly, these types of places often serve the most delicious dishes. The same held true for Merakli Köfteci. The food was of exceptional quality. When you taste their kebab (köfte), it's quite evident that it's crafted from high-quality meat. The rice alongside the kofte was also delightful. Our order consisted of 5 kofte with pilav, grilled tomatoes, and peppers. The service had that classic, old-world charm you'd associate with historic eateries.
We also decided to try their Ayran, which I must say was the only aspect of the restaurant that didn't quite meet our expectations.

Tuzla nin en eski esnaf ve koftecilerinden, Tuzla Koftesi nin mucidi.
Historical, the oldest and the Inventor of Tuzla Style of Meatballs. And also one of the oldest stores in Tuzla town, i am also local. I definetely recommend you to eat fish or meatballs ,which our town's fames, if you make your way to our Tuzla town. And i can assure you that prices are cheaper than the fake ones...
